PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The site where the treatments connected to the web services of this site are carried out is the aforementioned headquarters of the IMA Srl Company and are processed only by the technical staff in charge of the processing. For needs related to site maintenance, the data may be processed by the personnel from the aforementioned Company, appointed as Data Processor, at the offices of the Companies themselves.

Navigation data
For exclusive IT security and performance monitoring purposes, the systems underlying the imadelta.com website may acquire information potentially related to the user's personal data.

For example, the IP address of the computer, the time of access to the site, the pages of the site visited, the addresses in notation URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources and other parameters related to the operating system and the environment could be recorded informatics of the site's browser.

These data are recorded in special log and can only be communicated to the Judicial Authority, in case of significant information security events.
